Mondays are usually seen as the worst day of the week for many reasons you probably already know but it’s one of my favorite days of the week. My training week starts on Monday and no matter what happened during the previous week I can re-set and start again strong. It’s a fresh beginning every Monday and there are endless possibilities! I am a huge believer that positive energy causes positive change. If spend the first few minutes of your day being uplifted you are setting your self up for success.
