What goes into the best pair of goggles for both lap swimming and open water? I have a pretty short but very import list of features that must be met for goggle performance.

Sunglasses are something I’ve always skimped on to be able to buy more important things….like tri kits! Why spend $100+ on sunglasses when I can get one for $5 at a gas station. Plus I loose them ALL the time. At an Ironman expo we stopped by the ROKA booth and tried on some sunglasses. (more…)
Xterra‘s inflatable SUP boards roll up into a backpack for easy transport. You no longer need a large vehicle or roof rack to hit the water. I’ve been interested in Stand Up Paddle (SUP) boarding for a few years but having a VW beetle, transportation was a concern. (more…)
